As a seasoned healthcare revenue cycle and information management consultant, Laureen has supported a wide range of clients, including private practices, large health systems, teaching hospitals, level one trauma centers, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), and rural health clinics (RHCs). She delivers tailored strategies that enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity across diverse healthcare environments.
Laureen holds multiple industry-recognized credentials, including CPC, RHC-CBS, CAH-CBS, CH-CBS, CH-CS, and is a Credentialing Specialist and AAPC Approved Instructor. In addition to her healthcare expertise, she is a Certified Scrum Master and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), a globally recognized, ISO-accredited credential that validates her ability to lead Agile teams across multiple methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and TDD. Laureen brings these practices to life through strong project management skills, including backlog oversight, sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven delivery. She ensures Agile workflows are transparent, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives, regularly partnering with go-to-market teams to support seamless product and service adoption across operations, sales, and client support channels.

Patty has worked in several areas, such as Pediatrics, Cardiology, Emergency Room, and most recently for a Telehealth Company, which incorporated AI in their everyday world. She has also worked in the education field, providing valuable insights to adult learners in a community college setting. Patty is a strong believer in the power of positivity in everyone’s life. She enjoys seeing teammates and students expand their knowledge and further their career goals.
