With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, billing, coding, credentialing, and consulting, Laureen brings deep experience and proven leadership to every initiative.

As a seasoned healthcare revenue cycle and information management consultant, Laureen has supported private practices, large health systems, teaching hospitals, level one trauma centers, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), and rural health clinics (RHCs). She delivers tailored strategies that enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity.

She holds multiple industry-recognized credentials and is a Credentialing Specialist and AAPC Approved Instructor. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), a globally recognized, ISO-accredited credential.

Laureen completed the Grounded Leadership Program, centered on emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-awareness, and holds certifications in both effective leadership and coaching. These experiences allow her to guide teams and individuals with empathy and help others navigate complex challenges with clarity.

She contributes to the advancement of the healthcare industry through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and MediSota, and serves on the Education Committee for the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants (NSCHBC) and the Publications Committee for the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA).

Patty is an Instructor with MedAcademy and a Revenue Cycle Specialist at MedCycle Solutions. She has over 20 years of experience in coding, billing, education, revenue cycle, credentialing, licensing, and auditing fields.

Deepa Patel is a Revenue Cycle Specialist and MedAcademy instructor with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, physician practice operations, consulting, and healthcare administration. She has extensive experience working with independent physician practices, specialty clinics, and Rural Health Clinics.

Her expertise includes practice start-ups, Rural Health Clinic conversions, medical billing, coding compliance, credentialing, workflow development, and operational assessments. She is skilled at identifying the root causes of revenue challenges and developing customized solutions that improve collections, reduce denials, and strengthen compliance.
